What we collect.
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, what you tell us about your project, and, if you choose to say, who sent you. Our server also records the time, your IP address, and your browser type, the same as any website does. We also note which page of our site you came from when you send the form. If you call or email us, we have whatever you share with us.
What we do with it.
We use it to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to do the work. That’s all. We don’t sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone outside Lava. Form submissions go to the three partners by email and into a private spreadsheet only the three of us can open, so we can keep track of who replied.
Analytics.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It’s configured without advertising features, and we don’t use it to identify you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t load it at all. There’s no cookie banner because there’s nothing to consent to beyond this.
How long we keep it.
Contact form submissions stay in our records so we can refer back to past conversations. If you’d like yours deleted, email info@lavanewmedia.com and we’ll remove it.
Your choices.
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lavanewmedia.com.
